The answer is: becoming a parent can be the most exhilarating, yet challenging, job that you will ever take on. Children prefer a happy parent over a perfect parent, and they remember you for that. Children also learn that as human beings, we tend to make mistakes but owning up to those mistakes and making the efforts to fix them are the teaching moments we unconsciously provide to them.
