Insight into ADHD

We see the label and hear about ADHD on a weekly basis- but do we know what ADHD ACTUALLY is?

ADHD is defined by the DSM-V as a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development, as characterized by specific criterion.

ADHD can affect children, adolescents, and adults. ADHD can interfere with schoolwork, employment responsibilities, and social relationships.
